| Childhood immunization is critical to protecting our children and community from diseases that can cause serious health problems. While immunization levels of pre-school children have been steadily declining during the past few years, the American Legion Auxiliary works closely with parents, schools, local health departments, and other organizations to develop concerned action through cooperation. Our Units spread the word about the importance of immunization and lead the community with information and assistance.
